The BGA Women's Gymnastics Team has a history of training and fielding award-winning athletes. The team competes throughout Virginia and neighboring states. Many of our gymnasts have received top honors at the USA Gymnastics - Virginia state championships.

Our team program provides coaching and training for all competitive levels. Coaches concentrate on progressive skill development, strength building, proper technique, and artistry, all in a positive, "can do" environment that celebrates success for both the individual and the team.

BGA also hosts the gymnastics competition for the annual Commonwealth Games of Virginia. Gymnasts who medal at this event qualify to compete nationally at the State Games of America. Many of our own team members have won top honors at both of these events.
