BGA offers tumbling/cheerleading classes we call cheernastics for cheerleaders that may not have the time to cheer on one of the squads. These classes are for children of all ages, with skills from beginning to advanced, that are interested in cheerleading and tumbling.

During a cheernastics class a child will develop the skills in all aspects of cheerleading, including tumbling, stunting, jumps and motions. These classes help develop and enhance their cheerleading skills. BGA makes sure that each member of the cheernastics classes benefits from a challenging, rewarding, comfortable, and well-disciplined environment.
